I have refined my icons after getting the suggestion and comments from u guyz...
below are my vector icons
i've change a bit the colors...camera, ringtones
and refined into 2 sets
which set is more better?

and here are my raster icons...
1st set I changed the outline colors...
2nd set...the outline is still black color
and i've refined the setting tool,camera and web access
which set is more better?

i thk for both vector and raster, the bottom one is better. for vector icon, the red color is more outstanding in the bottom set. and for raster icon, the icons with black outline is easier to see and not too blur.

to emphasis the icons, if its a dark background then the first set would be good.
for the raster its obviously the set with the black outlines, its more appealing.
btm 1 is better (for raster)!!! if your background is light colour ..for your vector i would choose the top 1 because .....

em...i agree wif "take a tart". both vector n raster is better than b4. but only the camera(from vector) i more like the previous one. cos it let me confuse abt the meaning after u change the colour. i thk inside u should use the pink previous.
